Port Hills Trails Collective

Connecting the people who look after the Port Hills trails.

The Port Hills Trails Collective is a community of zone stewards, clubs, and volunteers coordinating trail stewardship across the Port Hills. We exist to make that volunteer work visible, connected, and better resourced, so the tracks we all ride and walk are looked after for the long term.

The Collective brings together the Port Hills zone stewards, local mountain bike and trail clubs, and Dig Otautahi Trust. We work alongside Christchurch City Council and the Department of Conservation, who manage much of the land the trails cross.

In formation, we're just getting started
